A good, small but heavy six-piece silver condiment set,
comprising two salt cellars, two pepper shakers and two
mustard pots. Each piece is plain and round, with small
hoof feet. The salts and mustards have blue glass
liners.
Made in 1945 by the Goldsmiths and
Silversmiths Company of 112 Regent Street, London - before
it amalgamated with the Crown Jewellers
Garrards in 1952, this top silversmith made very high
quality pieces. Diameter of salts and mustards: 2
1/4 inches (5.8 cm) Height of peppers: 3 3/4
inches (9.5 cm)
