A very good pair of silver sauceboats.

They are quite plain, with oval bodies, and three hoof feet with shell mounts.

They have wavy-edge borders, and lovely scroll handles. They are a very good weight.

We have found that silver sauceboats are a very popular gift with our clients. We nearly always sell them in pairs. This is a lovely pair in excellent condition.

This fine pair of silver sauceboats were made in 1930/1 by Edward Barnard & Sons of London - one of the best firms of silversmiths in the twentieth century.
