A spectacular handmade silver model of a mythological dragon- like creature climbing a tall column -- with a rat at the top.

It was specially commissioned by a Regiment in the British Army to commemorate all its conflicts and battles since 1799. A list of these encounters is engraved down the column.

The creature is their emblem; and the rat is the 'Desert Rat', which represents their key role in the First Gulf War of 1990/1.

The model is 14 inches high (35.5 cm).

All our models are made entirely by hand, here in England, by the finest craftsmen in the world -- in sterling silver. We only make them specially to order.
