Silver Model of the Corunna Lighthouse

A spectacular handmade sterling silver model of the lighthouse at Corunna, Spain -- this is the oldest Roman lighthouse still in use. This model was commissioned by a Regiment in the British Army to use as a table centerpiece, because Corunna was the scene of a major battle against the French Army in 1809.

Note that the silver model stands on a stone base above the traditional wooden plinth.

The lighthouse is 16 inches high (41 cm).

All our silver models are made entirely by hand by the finest craftsmen in the world -- in sterling silver. We only make them specially to order.
