Pair of George III Silver Wine Coasters - Recently Sold

A fine pair of George III silver wine coasters.

They are round with fluted bodies and gadroon mounts. They have the traditional turned wood bases. In each centre is a round silver disc engraved with a contemporary family crest.

Made in 1819 by Thomas & John Settle of Sheffield.
